• Service charge is as per the scope of work.
• Please confirm the make and rates of spares/materials with the vendor before the purchase.
• Please specify your make and model details, and existing issues in the comment field while booking the service.
• Gas refilling and material charges are separate from service charges. The service partner will continue any such additional work on approval by the user.
• We offer only 60 days service warranty on AC repairs. In case of any issues with the order or completed service, the customer needs to inform the customer service team at the earliest.
• Inspection charges of ₹350 are applicable if no service is availed post-inspection.
